Phillip started flying at age 12 and he currently holds an Airline Transport Rating with a Citation Type Rating and private license in helicopters. He is the President / Partner of Jet Air, Inc. which is the FBO in Galesburg, IL, Iowa City, IA and Burlington, IA. Phillip has been on the Board of Directors for the National Stearman Fly-In for many years and recently joined the Stearman Foundation Board of Directors. Phillip and his family reside in Abingdon along the Wolford Farm Airstrip (IL01), which is where the traditional Friday Stearman Fly-In Picnic is held. He enjoys flying vintage airplanes, especially the Stearman and spending time with his wife and two sons.
